Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. "Free Shipping" orders will be shipped via the least expensive shipping method.
Returns:
Customer must pay the shipping back to Offbeat. The returned item will only be accepted if it's shipped back in the original, unopened packaging. Items must be returned within 21 days of the day it was shipped to you.

Refunds:
Your money will be refunded in the form by which the original payment was made. Unfortunately, shipping is not refundable.
Exchanges:
Customer will pay the shipping charges for the replacement merchandise regardless of wether the original order was shipped free or not.
